When you want to have a quick snack, but there is no time to cook, you can always go for a macaroni and tuna salad like that. The great thing about the salad is that you can add pretty much anything you find in the house
. The only invariable ingredients are macaroni, tuna and perhaps lemon juice.
Mayo fans can use it to dress the salad. I sometimes add browned julienne carrots. Some herbs like dill and fragrant parsley will be great too. I also like my salads spicy, so I add chili pepper. It takes 15 minutes to make the salad. It can be classified as both cold and warm appetizer.
Ingredients
400 gram macaroni
200 gram canned tuna
black and green olives, 20 of both kind
2-3 tomatoes
1 tbsp capers
pickled artichokes
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
black pepper, salt
1. Boil macaroni in salted water, straining off in a colander
2. Cut olives in half, chop tomatoes into small cubes, divide tuna into small flakes.
Add oil from canned tuna, then adding lemon juice, ground black pepper and dress noodles.
You can add salt in the very end if necessary.

Enjoy!!
