Cottage cheese dough crescent rolls

You must bake something from this dough, as you will always getting light, fragrant and airy pastry.
Sweet pastry is not all you can bake using this dough: there are also pies with any kind of filling, although you may need to decrease the amount of sugar in the dough recipe if the filling is sweet.

Ingredients
for 300 gram soft cottage cheese
180 ml vegetable oil
180 ml milk
100 gram sugar
2 bags baking powder
1 bag vanilla sugar
600 gram flour
pinch of salt
1 egg yolk, whipped
cardamom, rind of  lemon or cinnamon can also be added

1. Sift flour, adding baking powder, sat, sugar and vanilla sugar (you can add cardamom, rind of lemon or cinnamon if you want). Mix well.
2. Add milk and oil to cottage cheese and mix, gradually adding flour and kneading dough. Make sure you don’t knead for too long, as otherwise your dough will become sticky. Set the dough aside to rest.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. You can roll out dough on sugar, that way making sure it doesn’t stick to surface or rolling pin. Roll out dough thinly, about 3-4 millimeters thick, cut out triangles and roll into crescent rolls starting from the wide end working to the narrow end. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.

4. Smother with whipped egg yolk, placing on the middle baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Take crescent rolls out of the oven and take off the tray while still hot, placing on a grid to cool down.
