Garlic sauce for pampushky

This sauce is for borsch, and it’s pretty similar to Moldavian mujdei. If you want, you can add black pepper and chili pepper, as well as lemon juice of vinegar. Ingredients 5-6 cloves of garlic 3 tbsp water or stock 2 tbsp vegetable oil salt dill
